The Pierre Street Department has temporarily closed (June 16, 2026) a portion of Franklin Avenue between Lincoln Avenue and Buchanan Street to complete street reconstruction work.
The closure is necessary to allow City crews to perform a full street rebuild in the area. The project schedule was adjusted to accommodate Morris Inc.’s paving schedule, resulting in the work being done sooner than originally scheduled.
