PIERRE, S.D. — Portions of Elizabeth Street will be closed to through traffic while crews rebuild a small area at the intersection of Crested and Elizabeth streets.
No through traffic will be permitted in these areas. Motorists should use an alternate route while work is underway.
The project was scheduled on short notice to take advantage of favorable weather and Morris’s paving schedule.
