HURON – Faulkton Area swept past Hitchcock-Tulare Friday at Huron Arena in the consolation round of the SDHSAA B State Volleyball Tournament, 25-18, 25-16, 25-20. Isabel Aesoph had an excellent match for the Trojans (19-6), with 20 kills, 23 digs and 23 assists. Peyton Melius had 15 kills and Taylor Machtemes added 12.
Ashley Masat led Hitchcock-Tulare (18-6) with 7 kills.
