Noem reacts to Amendment A lawsuit filing

As a reaction to the filing of a lawsuit about the recently passed by voters Amendment A, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem said, “In South Dakota, we respect our Constitution. I look forward to the court addressing the serious constitutional concerns laid out in this lawsuit.”
