Paving operations on Harrison Avenue in Pierre will continue through this (Wed.) afternoon.
No parking will be allowed on Harrison Avenue between North Tyler Avenue and Sunset Drive from 8am-5pm. Additionally, there will be no vehicle access in or out of Hilltop Drive during that time. Crews will be spraying oil on the newly laid asphalt. Driving over the oil can cause vehicle damage.
Construction is expected to be complete and the street reopened by 5pm today (Wed.).
