Tammy Sue was born to Bill and Judy (Sterling) Row in Abilene, KS on November 25, 1963, the oldest of four children. She moved to Pierre with her mother Judy in 1976. She attended school in Pierre. Throughout her life Tammy was a caretaker. She cared for people as she worked at Maryhouse, Oahe, Inc. and while she did babysitting in her home.

Tammy had two children, Casey & Brady prior to meeting Jose. They were married on July 12, 2000. To this union was born son Jose, Jr.

Tammy’s memory will be cherished by her husband Jose, sons Brady and Jose Jr., daughter Casey and her two children Shay and Damon, mother Judy Row, brother Mike (Gen), sister Lisa, uncle Tony (Robin), uncle Charles, aunt Joan and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. She was preceded in death by grandparents Charles & Beulah Sterling, uncle Stan Sterling, uncle Paul Sterling (Joyce), aunt Carolyn Sterling, and cousin John Sterling.
