Sanford, Avera ranked among largest health care systems in the USA

Two Sioux Falls-based health care systems are among the 25 largest in the nation.

That’s according to Becker’s Hospital Review.

Sanford Health ranks 14th largest, Avera Health ranks 23rd.

Sanford has 46 hospitals, Avera 35.
