A 25-year-old Rapid City man faces multiple charges after being arrested Friday morning in Pierre.
Information from the Pierre Police Department says officers were notified Jason Hornedeagle was walking in the 600 block of West Sioux Ave and that he had warrants out for his arrest. An officer located Hornedeagle who provided him with a false name. Hornedeagle was taken into custody and charged with False Impersonation with the Intent to Deceive, Ingestion of a Controlled Substance, Ingestion of a Substance to Become Intoxicated, Possession of 2 Ounces or Less of Marijuana and an outstanding warrant. Hornedeagle was taken to the Hughes County Jail.
