Three people face charges after a vehicle stolen in Sioux Falls was recovered in Pierre yesterday (Mon.) afternoon.
Information from the Pierre Police Department says they were notified the stolen vehicle may be in the area. Officers located the vehicle in the 1700 block of North Garfield Avenue. The vehicle was occupied by the driver, 19-year-old female Sage Karber of Humboldt, SD, and passengers 21-year-old male Brayden PrettySoundingFlute of Sioux Falls and 22-year-old male Kane Gilbert of Pierre.
Officers confirmed the vehicle was indeed stolen from Sioux Falls. Karber was arrested for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both PrettySoundingFlute and Gilbert had outstanding warrants for their arrest and were taken into custody. All were transported to the Hughes County Jail.
