A man serving time in the state prison on charges from Stanley county is back in custody.
Matthew Weddell was placed on escape status after he failed to report to his community service jobsite in Yankton almost two weeks ago (April 13). He was arrested this morning (Thurs.) in Sioux Falls.
Weddell is serving consecutive sentences from Stanley County for grand theft and failure to appear.
