Tiger Volleyball Improves to 8-0

TIMBER LAKE – Mobridge-Pollock Volleyball is 8-0 to start a season for the first time since 2016.  Tuesday night in Timber Lake, the Tigers won in three sets over the Panthers, 25-17, 25-14, 25-17.  Landyn Henderson had 7 kills & 3 aces and Channing Wjentes added 6 kills for M-P.  Emma Keller served 7 aces.  Shay Kraft had 2 kills and 3 aces for Timber Lake.  The Tigers will host Groton Area in Mobridge Thursday night.  Groton’s C team will not make the trip, as one of its players was identified as a close contact for someone who tested positive for COVID-19.  So, the JV match will begin at 5:00, followed by the varsity match.
