FORT PIERRE – Stanley County Football will look to improve from a 40-0 season-opening loss last week at Timber Lake when the Buffaloes host Parkston Friday in the 2021 home opener at Ole Williamson Field.
SC Head Coach Max Foth credited Timber Lake, but said that his team knows it must be better.
Foth said players aren’t the only ones who should improve.
Foth noted Parkston’s speed, including from quarterback Cole Prunty, who rushed for 172 yards and two touchdowns, including a 95-yard score, in a 24-16 season-opening loss at home to Hanson.
