A 27 year old man from Rapid City is charged with breaking a half dozen laws after a traffic stop in Pierre Saturday afternoon (March 12, 2022).
The Pierre Police Department says officers were called to an apartment in the 400 block of South Robert Street for an altercation. The victim reported Forrest Ladeaux had come to his residence and assaulted him. In the process, Ladeaux took the keys to the apartment from the victim and locked him out.
Officers later located Ladeaux. During their conversation, he gave a fictitious name to conceal his identity. He’s charged with:
