B-25 Bomber making stop at Pierre Regional Airport in May; Public welcome to come out to see it

A B-25 Bomber will be making a stop at the Pierre Regional Airport in May on its way to an air show at Ellsworth Air Force Base near Rapid City.

Pierre City Commissioner Jamie Huizenga says the public will be able to go see the plane while it’s in town.

Huizenga says it will be a unique opportunity.

The 2022 Ellsworth Airshow will take place May 14-15, 2022, at Ellsworth AFB. Admission to the show is free.
