The Oahe Days Arts and Music Festival in Pierre gets underway tonight (June 16, 2022) with the Avera St. Mary’s Launch Party in Steamboat Park.
Kellie Yackley with the Avera Foundation says this fundraising event replaces the annual gala they’ve done in past years. She says Weston Frank will provide the musical entertainment.
Yackley says there are a few tickets left, but you don’t have to have a ticket to enjoy some of the activities.
Yackley says funds raised are used locally.
