Sioux Falls Christian Wins First Girls Tennis Team Title

SIOUX FALLS – Sioux Falls Christian won its first girls tennis team championship Tuesday, capturing the SDHSAA Class A Girls Tennis State Championship at Tomar Park.

The Chargers scored 448.5 points, 32 ahead of runner-up St. Thomas More.

Anna Westenberg, Jade TenHaken and Kasey Lemstra won singles championships for Sioux Falls Christian. Halle Karmazin teamed with Westenberg to win in doubles.

2022 champion Pierre finished sixth.
