BROOKINGS, S.D. – South Dakota State came out on the winning end of a battle between two of the Summit League’s top teams Sunday night (Jan. 28, 2024) with aa 96-80 victory over Oral Roberts in Brookings. The highly-anticipated matchup lived up to the hype, featuring 13 lead changes and 10 ties before a 12-0 SDSU run early in the second half put the home team in control. Brooklyn Meyer missed just one shot in the entire game, going 12-for-13 for 27 points to lead the Jackrabbits in scoring. SDSU improved to 7-0 in Summit League play and 15-5 overall.
