Pierre notched their first win of the season yesterday in grand fashion winning 16-0, and preventing Aberdeen Central from earning a hit.
The Govs came out scoring early with six runs in the first inning and would continue their great offense with a 10-run second inning opening up the lead to 16-0. 16 runs on 13 hits, all in just two innings of batting. Amber Roman was 3-3 and drove in two runs. Charli Hull went 2-2 in drove in four; McKenzi Flottmeyer and Ireland Templeton scored three runs apiece. Noel Kist gave up just one hit and two baserunners over three innings of pitching, striking out four.
