It has been an eventful week for Pierre Governor football, to say the least. Thursday night, Grey Zabel gets drafted to the Seattle Seahawks in the first round. Then, this afternoon, another Pierre Governor great, Lincoln Kienholz, had a meet and greet sponsored by Fresh Huddle Sports & Beyond that saw a mass of football fans flood into Northridge Plaza.

For nearly two hours, Kienholz took pictures, signed autographs and conversed with each and every fan that came by Fresh Huddle throughout the day. Kienholz signed jerseys, pictures and other pieces of Governor and Buckeye merchandise. It was clear by the varying ages of those in the line, Kienholz fandom stretches from young to old.

Kienholz, a sophomore at OSU, is dueling it out with portal-transfer Julian Sayin for the Buckeyes starting quarterback role, but was gladly able to find time and spend time with folks from his hometown of Pierre.
