Mobridge pollock is getting set for their first round matchup in one of the more highly anticipated games of the Class B postseason. The Lady Tigers will face off with Hanson in the SoDak 16 today at 4:00 PM on the road at the Hanson High School Sports Complex for the right to advance on in the playoffs. Both teams hold winning records, Mobridge-Pollock at 10-6 on the season, Hanson at 16-6. When both teams are playing as well as these two are, it generates a lot of buzz.
The Lay Tigers are playing some solid softball as of late, winning 8 of their last 10 games. They will need to rely on solid pitching from their starter and will need to generate offense if they want to extend their season deeper into the playoffs.
