The Fort Pierre Tourism and Promotion Council is accepting applications for its Community Beautification Grant program through June 15, 2026.
This initiative supports projects that enhance the aesthetic appeal and overall visitor experience of Fort Pierre by funding beautification efforts led by businesses, nonprofits and community organizations. The grants provide funding for new beautification projects, improvements to public spaces, or the expansion of existing initiatives.
A total of $7,500 is available and may be awarded to one large project or distributed among multiple projects. Grants require a 1:1 cash match and will be awarded at the discretion of the FPTPC Board of Directors.
Applications are available at VisitFortPierre.com and, again, must be submitted by June 15. Final grant decisions will be communicated to applicants by July 15.
