Flags in South Dakota to be lowered to half-staff immediately to honor Senator Lindsey Graham; Flags remain at half-staff through Saturday

South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden ordered (July 13, 2026) that flags be flown at half-staff statewide effective immediately until 6 pm on Saturday, July 18, 2026, as a mark of respect for the memory of Senator Lindsey Graham.
