As the summer winds down, Legion baseball is now heating up. Playoffs have arrived and this week will kick off the postseason schedule across multiple age groups here in Pierre and across South Dakota. Post 8 regional games are scheduled to get underway on Wednesday and continue throughout the week, below you will find the regional schedule of games for Junior and Varsity Legion action.
Post 8 Junior Legion vs. Brandon Valley:
Game 1: Wednesday, July 22nd (@ Aspen Park)- First pitch scheduled for 5:00 PM CT
Game 2: Thursday, July 23rd (@ Valley Springs)- First pitch scheduled for 11:00 AM CT
Game 3 (if necessary): Thursday, July 23rd (@ Valley Springs)- First pitch would come 25-30 minutes after the conclusion of game two
Post 8 Varsity vs. Watertown:
Game 1: Wednesday, July 22nd (Hyde Stadium)- First pitch scheduled for 12 PM CT
Game 2: Thursday, July 23rd (Hyde Stadium)- First pitch scheduled for 12 PM CT
Game 3 (if necessary): Thursday, July 23rd (Hyde Stadium)- First pitch would come 25-30 minutes after the conclusion of game two
