Butte County, S.D.- A Newell man died Saturday in a single vehicle motorcycle crash near Belle Fourche, South Dakota.
Names of those involved have not been released pending notification of family members.
Preliminary crash information indicates the driver of a 2007 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide was traveling eastbound on U.S. 212 near mile marker 26. The motorcycle left the roadway, drove through the ditch, and struck a fence. The driver sustained fatal injuries.
The investigation is ongoing. The Highway Patrol is an agency of the South Dakota Department of Public Safety.
