SIOUX FALLS – Ashton Griese scored a hat trick with Barret Schweitzer and Jarron Beck each scoring twice Friday as the Oahe Capital boys skated past Sioux Falls 2 8-0 at Furniture Mart Arena.
Griese and Schweitzer each scored twice in a five-goal first period for the Capitals (7-2). Beck scored once in each of the first two periods and Devin Dodson also scored for Oahe. Schweitzer also had three assists and Beck had two.
Colin Lee had the 22-save shutout in goal. The Capitals outshot the Flyers 33-22.
