A 20 year old man from Pierre is charged with Aggravated Assault, Ingesting a Substance to Become Intoxicated after an incident early Saturday morning (May 20, 2023) in Pierre.
Information from the Pierre police department says officers were called to the 100 block of East Sioux Avenue around 1:30am Saturday for an unknown problem. When they arrived, they were met by a subject who stated they had been chased by a person with a knife and then cut by the knife. Victor Black Lance was identified as the assailant and taken into custody.
