The South Dakota Cattlemen’s Association will host the Pierre Region Roundup meeting tomorrow (Thursday, July 20) at the Cattlemen’s Club Steakhouse east of Pierre.
The meeting begins with a social hour starting at 5:30 PM, followed by a meal and programming. Laura Edwards, State Climatologist with South Dakota State University Extension, will be the featured speaker.
The meeting will conclude with industry and policy updates from SDCA leadership and a call for nominations for the SDCA Cattleman of the Year and the Friend of SDCA awards that will be presented later this year at the Cattlemen’s Annual Convention.
Other Region Roundup meetings are scheduled to take place across the state.
