SIOUX CENTER, IA – A dizzying pace continues to be set by Brylee Kafka.
Kafka scored four more times Sunday as the Oahe Capital girls completed a weekend sweep with a 6-4 win over the Sioux Center Storm at Vernon Arena.
Kafka now has 12 goals for the Capitals (3-0-1-0), seven more than any other varsity girls player through two weekends of play.
Micah Buffalo and Kafka scored in the first period, after which the Capitals were tied 2-2.
Katherine Reiss scored 1:02 into the second and Oahe led 3-2, not to trail again. Kafka scored twice more in the second period and another in the third.
Cameron Larson had two assists. Sophia Peschong made 15 saves for Oahe, who outshot Sioux Center 42-19.
