Howard Wood Relays livestream

The 2025 Howard Wood Relays continue today in Sioux Falls at Howard Wood Field. Every year, thousands gather to watch the top track athletes in the Midwest to come together and compete on one of the biggest stages. Last night, they held the Special Event which was the girls 200m-dash this year (the event is changed every year).
