First National Bank of Fort Pierre has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Wyoming Bank & Trust with branches located in Cheyenne and Burns, WY. The acquired branches will operate under the name of First Wyoming Bank & Trust Branch of First National Bank. First National Bank currently maintains 16 locations in South Dakota and Colorado. The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025.
