GFP accepting proposals for concession operator at Snake Creek Recreation Area; Deadline is June 26

The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks is accepting applications for the operation of a marina and restaurant at Snake Creek Recreation Area, located on Lake Francis Case approximately 15 miles west of Platte.

The prospectus for the for Dock 44 Marina Concession Operator includes a detailed business opportunity and the requirements necessary to submit a proposal. It also provides the terms and conditions under which interested operators may submit a proposal for consideration. Required services include marina docks, restaurant, C-Store and two rental cabins.

Proposals are due by June 26, 2026, at 3p.m. Central Time.
