Hughes County Weed and Pest meeting being held tomorrow in Pierre

The rural Hughes County Weed and Pest information meeting will be held Wednesday (June 24, 2026) at Richie Z’s Brickhouse BBQ in Pierre (401 S. Central Avenue).

Doors open at 4:30pm, supper begins at 5:30pm.

Topics to be discussed include noxious weed management for pasture, rangeland and cropland and identifying and managing Palmer amaranth and water hemp.
