Flags to fly at half-staff now through Friday to honor General Colin Powell

Governor Kristi Noem has ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide, effective immediately until sundown on Friday, Oct. 22, 2021, in honor the life and legacy of General Colin Powell. This is in accordance with a presidential proclamation from President Joseph R. Biden, which can be found here.
