Three Pierre men have been charged with Criminal Trespass after being found cooking in what was supposed to be a vacant apartment.
According to the Pierre Police Department, around 7am yesterday (Thurs.) morning police officers and the Pierre Fire Department responded to an apartment building in the 400 block of S. Central Avenue because of the smell of something burning.
Officers found 42-year-old Istoe Poorbear, 44-year-old Christopher Granados and 46-year-old Christopher Mexican in the apartment. The three were arrested and taken to the Hughes County Jail.
