Authorities looking for escaped inmate from Rapid City

Minimum-security inmate Robert White Plume-Janis left his Community Service job site in Rapid City without authorization Sunday evening. He is described as being a 33 year old Native American male, 6-feet tall, 230 pounds. White Plume-Janis is serving 10 years for Robbery 1st, 2 years for Possession of Firearm by Felon, both out of Pennington County.
