Minimum-security Inmate Randy High Horse has been placed on escape status. He left the Sioux Falls Community Work Center this morning without authorization.
High Horse is a Native American male, age 46. He is 6-feet-2-inches tall and weighs approximately 220 pounds.
High Horse is serving a 5-year sentence for unauthorized ingestion of a controlled substance from Hughes County.
