A 29-year-old Pierre man faces domestic assault charges after an incident in Pierre late last (Wed.) night in Pierre.
Keith RunningEnemy is charged with Aggravated Assault Domestic Violence, Simple Assault Domestic Violence and Violation of a Protection Order as a Felony.
Information from the Pierre Police Department says they were called to the 400 block of South Robert Street Officers shortly after 11PM for a reported assault taking place.
During their investigation, officers learned RunningEnemy had assaulted two people at the residence. One of the victims had an active protection order prohibiting RunningEnemy from having contact with them.
RunningEnemy was transported to the Hughes County Jail.
