October is National Principals Month.
The South Dakota Association of Elementary School Principals and South Dakota Association of Secondary School Principals says principals set the academic tone for their schools. The associations says it’s the principal’s vision, dedication and determination that provide the mobilizing force for achieving student success.
Many principals not only help educate students in our schools, but they are community leaders and mentors.
