February to end with above normal temps in central South Dakota

After a blustery start to the week in the western part of South Dakota, temperatures are warming up into the weekend.

Weatherology meteorologist Paul Trambley says we don’t usually see temps in the upper 40s in the central part of the state this time of year.

Trambley says March will definitely come in like a lamb, but…..
