Huron later hit two free throws and Caytee Williams hit a shot just before the final buzzer for the Governors for the last points of the game.
Tenley Buddenhagen led Huron with 22. Remington Price led Pierre with 23 and hit five three-pointers. Hannah Sazue had four threes and 14 points. Ayvrie Kaiser also scored 14. Williams scored 13.
