Staff of the Avera Missouri River Health Center in Gettysburg have spent the week moving into their new facility.
Administrator Kristi Livermont says the process has gone smoothly.
She says the new facility will allow enhanced Avera eCARE® services.
Livermont says their imaging capabilities and nursing department have also improved.
Livermont says their therapy will expand to also be used as a community wellness center– eventually.
The $12 million, 21,800 square-foot Avera Missouri River Health Center in Gettysburg also includes a seven-bed inpatient hospital unit. A virtual open house including photos and video tours of the new facility will be held in January (2021).
