The city council election for Fort Pierre residents living in Wards I and III is a little over a week away.
Mayor Gloria Hanson says the election is April 13, but some people are voting early.

Randy Seiler and Rick Cronin are running for a one year term in Ward III.
Callie Iverson is unopposed for a two year term in Ward II and Todd Bernhard is unopposed for a two year term in Ward III.
