Pierre woman charged after being found hiding under a bed in an apartment complex

A 38 year old Pierre woman faces charges after an incident at an apartment complex.

Information from the Pierre Police Department says Tiffany YellowEarrings was arrested yesterday evening (April 12) after a report that she damaged a door and entered an apartment in the 100 block of S. Poplar. She had previously received a trespass notice and was therefore not to be at the apartment. Officers found YellowEarrings hiding under a bed.

She is charged with Intentional Damage to Property $400-$1000, Trespassing on Premises and 2^nd Degree Burglary.
