Weather permitting, the Pierre city water department will begin a new water main installation project at Nicollet Avenue tomorrow (July 26, 2021).
To accommodate the work, Nicollet Avenue between Church Street and Broadway Avenue will close Monday morning. Additionally, Church Street between Mary Lane and South Dakota Boulevard, will close Monday morning and remain closed through Friday (July 30).
Traffic should use alternate routes until the closures are lifted.
