Pierre’s Terwilliger and Ringstmeyer leading the pack heading into Howard Wood Dakota Relays

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Pierre girls track team has some individuals with top marks in the Class AA ranks.

Senior Reese Terwilliger won the Class AA state shot put title last spring. Heading into the Howard Wood Dakota Relays, Terwilliger has the top throw in South Dakota (43-02) with Harrisburg’s Grace Steffen (42-11.25) and Aberdeen Central’s Taryn Hermansen (41-11.25) just behind.

Terwilliger’s teammate, Kali Ringstmeyer has the top time in both the 100 meter and 200 meter dashes. Her time of 12.16 seconds tops the 100 meters and 25.50 seconds is tops in the 200 meters.
