The City of Fort Pierre reminds residents and visitors that between now and mid-November all types of recreational vehicles, boats, campers and similar vehicles may only be parked in one spot for a maximum of 48 hours– unless posted otherwise.
Owners and operators should be sure these types of vehicles:

Don’t create safety concerns by restricting visibility.

Aren’t parked within 30 feet of an intersection.

Aren’t parked within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.

Don’t block sidewalks, alleys, driveways or access to public property.
Violations may result in a fine and/or removal and towing at the owner’s expense.
