BROOKINGS – Former Yankton High school basketball star Matthew Mors announced on Twitter Friday that he is transferring to South Dakota State from Wisconsin.
Mors was redshirted this past season by the Badgers, then entered the transfer portal, indicating that he wanted to be closer to home.
Mors, a 6’7” forward, played six seasons for the Bucks, was three times the Gatorade boys basketball player of the year and is the all-time leading scorer in AA boys basketball in South Dakota.
