Oct. 14, 2025:
The Pierre School District is moving along with two projects at T.F. Riggs High School.
District Business Manager Travis Dovre told the school board in September (Sept. 8, 2025) that they now have a more firm number as far as cost of the theater expansion and wrestling room projects at Riggs.
Dovre said the $7.1 million number includes fees.
Dovre said they’re also going to get bids for potential “add on” projects.
Dovre said the theater expansion and wrestling room projects could go to bid as soon as early December.
The final design details of the projects at Riggs are still being developed.
