On Monday (July 14, 2025), the Hughes County Highway Department will be overseeing the contractor application of magnesium water to sections of gravel roads to assist with dust control. Access to the gravel roads will remain open during the application process.
The Hughes County Highway Department appreciates people’s patience and cooperation during the application process. Neither Hughes County nor the applicator are responsible for the performance of the mag water.
