Section of 209th Street in Hughes County closed this week for culvert replacement

Starting today (Sept. 22, 2025), the Hughes County Highway Department will be replacing a culvert on 209th Street, west of White Tail Avenue.

The road will be closed during the replacement, which will continue all week. Alternate routes should be taken during this time.

The Hughes County Highway Department appreciates people’s patience and cooperation while the work is being done.
